Review the objectives, facts and merits of
a client's situation;
Provide our views in writing;
Provide a written quotation for all professional
fees and any costs and estimate the time required
to complete the engagement.

for an immigration engagement it believes is unlikely
to achieve the client's objectives.
AMIS pvs will never knowingly accept
instructions for, nor continue to act in connection
with, an immigration matter where there is or could
reasonably be expected to be a conflict of interest.
